Goddess Katyayani is worshiped in the sixth form of Navdurga. Maa Katyayani was born to Katyayana Rishi's house and hence she is called Katyayani.

With four arms and lotus flowers, Her vehicle is lion. These are Goddesses of the Brajamandal, Goddesses worshiped them for getting Krishna. Mother Katyayani is worshiped for the barriers in marriage, a worthy and kind husband receives from his grace. Jupiter's relationship with Jupiter is considered by these. Maa Katyayani Devi's look is as bright as gold. Four arms striped maa Katyayani sitting on a lion and holding a sword in one hand and the other in the other for her beloved flower lotus. And the other two hands are in Varmunda and Abhyamudra. Her vehicle is Lion.
