Water Meditation with Music

Water is a vital ingredient needed to keep our physical body functioning. Looking at water from a slightly spiritual perspective, it’s a form of life force energy. Also, water is the most mysterious element of all. All life is created out of water; without water, no life is possible. So in ancient Greece, seers used to say that only from water is life born, that water is life. Ancient Indian, Chinese and other traditions affirms it. Dashavatara of the Lord Vishnu depicts the evolution of life and begins in water. Today scientists who have studied evolution also say that  the first life on the planet lived in the water.


The most fundamental aspect of yoga is the cleansing of the tattvas (elements). Seventy-two percent of your body is water. Another twelve percent is earth. Another six percent is air. Another four percent is fire. The remaining is space.


Water or Jala tattva serves as a transporter of energy throughout your body, carried by the blood and bodily fluids, it is the means by which nourishment is circulated throughout our bodies, the proper flow of water enables us to live our life more active and vibrant.


Being dehydrated not only has a physical consequence but spiritual and energetic ones too. Water meditation is a proven ancient healing technique. If you’re dehydrated, your spiritual gifts become harder to access, your vibration drops, and your aura weakens.


We did water meditation with live music yesterday because water meditation is one of the highest forms of meditation in pancha tattva which gives infinite good effects not only on the physical level but also on the spiritual levels. Music is meditation, meditation crystallized in a certain dimension. These are two doors to approach the same energy phenomenon.


Life happens from within, all experience happens from within, so by treating the water in a certain way, around us and within us with a certain reverence and gratitude phenomenal thing will happen.


Few benefits of Water Meditation are: improves mood positively, aids in deep meditation, flushes out dark energies, helps in hypertension and sleep disorder, lubricate joints, help the digestive system to perform better, slow down aging, regulate working of the thyroid gland, help reducing trauma effect, reduces body heat, boosts skin health & melanin production, remove toxins from the body, help in spiritual progress, help in changing the thought process and many more...


In short, we can use our thoughts, many spiritual techniques with water for better health, physical & spiritual progress and much more. Lets thanks water for being with us, guiding us and keeping us alive!
